Delete your account
Open Account, then Delete Account. It isn't offered while a shipment is booked or in transit, because your car and its paperwork are still live. Delete it any other time and it's gone right away.
Report an issue
Use Report an Issue in the app to describe the problem and attach photos or video. Email works too, and every message reaches the same team.
Make a privacy request
Ask for a copy of your data, or its deletion, in the app, by email or by phone. We handle it the way the Privacy Policy describes.
